However, other  some cases, the skin is very  thick I fruits , like in lemons, bananas, melons, and oranges, etc. and cannot be consumed by  the humans. In these cases, the edible part or the flesh within the skin has plenty of fiber as well.

Fibrous fruits also benefit many  health conditions like heart diseases by reducing hyperlipidemia and hypertension, diabetes mellitus and obesity. Owing to this fibrous composition, fruits also have anti-carcinogenic properties and ready  to prevent colon cancer and it can fight againest  bowel irregularity disorders.
