Trikonasana

Stay on your back with your  feet keping  together and the  arms resting on the sides. Breathe in and bring up the right knee towards your chest as you exhale and press the thigh on the abdomen with clasped hands. Now, lift your head and chest off the floor and try to touch your chin to your right knee. Next, loose the clasp and let your leg return to the straight position. Repeat the same with the left leg.

Tadasana
This yoga is known as the Mountain Pose, and it is very  simple standing pose and  helps to concentrate on deep and rhythmic breathing that it is a vital element of healthy skin. Stand  up straight with your feet flat and the heels with  a little distance and base of big toes touching. Now, raise your both hands and also  join them in a Namaste in front of your chest. Extend these shoulder blades, bend towards the back and then release slowly. Keep your head straight in a  line with the middle of the pelvis and stay in this pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
